No Meeting charge will be made for first visit - 30 - 60 mins.

Your site can be updated as often as you require - using additional software running on your PC(s) allowing you to take 'ownership' of minor site updates.

Why not leave it to us? When undertaken by MWS, updates, page changes, news insertion, etc. will be charged at our published hourly rate: currently £40.00 per hour (as of 6 April 2011).

There are many domain registration and hosting companies available to the UK market. We lead you through the process of domain name search and registration and advise as to the most appropriate price plan for your requirements. We register your chosen domain name with the appropriate hosting agent and authorities (using your credit/debit card details) or you can register directly.

MWS recommends 1&1 Internet Services (see our Affiliates page). All our own domain names are registered with 1&1 and many existing and new clients have started or been moved to 1&1 with great success. We have considerable experience utilising the 1&1 'Control Panel' system.

However, we are happy to work with any service provider that you are currently with.

We charge a one-off fee of £35.00 to register & configure your web site domain service and set up associated email address accounts, etc.

Your website data will reside on a remote hosted computer, specially configured for the task. In essence, you 'rent' space and the hosting agent provides the gateway for clients to visit your site.

These companies make an annual recurring charge for 'hosting' your website. They also act as an intermediary for the authorities who issue and police domain name registration and usage. Costs will vary dependant on hosting company and service level mix.

Costs will be advised to you prior to domain name registration & configuration.

Let us take care of your photographic requirements. We have high quality digital stills & HD video cameras and are able to meet most web site's basic/intermediate needs.

Anything from product promotional/brochure illustration to stock catalogues can be undertaken. Photos of staff and location can also be accommodated.

If the situation demands it we will recommend that you use a professional photographer for more 'high end' work. Their range of expertise & extensive equipment will often make the difference to the quality of the finished work. We can help you locate appropriate professions dependant on your needs.

Original hardcopy material can be digitised, optimised and output in a number of graphic formats. Along with bespoke digital images, all can be burned on to CD ROM or even uploaded directly to your PC from the camera.

Charged @ £45 per hour.

Can't get your printer/scanner/camera to work? Problems accessing the internet? Our front-line trouble-shooting services should get you back up and running.

While most problems can be identified and resolved reasonably quickly, the actual problem may not be easy to ascertain or be capable of 'fixing' on a site visit.

Should such a situation arise we will refer you to our 'affiliate' repair service at Apollo Computers in Deeping St James (see our Affiliates page). That's where we take our kit if we can't fix it!

Problems requiring workbench/technician attention and referred to Apollo Computers will be subject to separate charges to daignose the problem(s) Additional charges - subject to estimate/quote and acceptance - to reinstate equipment/software to operational levels will be levied

On-site work charged @ £45 per hour.
